Cycling race. Las seis horas de Euskadi (The 6 Hours of Euskadi)

Footage recorded from part of the 1988 edition of Las seis horas de Euskadi. This event was a sporting spectacle held annually at the Anoeta velodrome in Donostia-San Sebastián on the first Saturday in February, organised by El Diario Vasco. The event featured various track cycling races involving some of the world’s best cyclists, interspersed with demonstrations of Basque rural sports, musical performances and bertsolaris, etc.
Among the cyclists who took part in this edition were: Freuler, Cabestany, Pedro Delgado, Fignon, Abraham Olano, Bontempi, Argentin, Gisiger, Lemond and Saronni, amongst many others.
