Screening room

Requirements

• Requests to reserve the screening room must be made in writing by completing the form below at least one week before the requested date, specifying the characteristics of the screening.
• The format of the film to be screened and its technical characteristics must be provided.
• Screenings will be for private use only and under no circumstances will the general public be allowed to attend.
• Copies must be at the Basque Film Library headquarters at least 24 hours before the screening.

Rates

The rates for private (non-public) screenings during Film Library hours are:

• €250 + VAT for feature films less than two hours long. For films longer than two hours, a fee will be charged per segment (€250 + VAT).
• €150 + VAT for the screening of a short film lasting less than 30 minutes.

Basque film production companies wishing to hold a first screening of their film in the Film Library´s screening room may do so free of charge, provided that the above requirements are met. The second screening of these productions will be subject to the fees adopted by the Basque Film Library for this service.
