Panoramic views of La Concha Bay, Miramar Palace, the Teatro del Príncipe, Santa María Church and Alderdi Eder Park. Here a parade of soldiers, officials from all the Basque provinces and the Miqueletes corps takes place to commemorate Guipúzcoa Day, celebrated on 16 March 1924. In the stands, alongside the dignitaries, are the Bishop of Vitoria-Gasteiz (Zacarías Martínez), the Bishop of Pamplona (Mateo Múgica), the military governor (Juan Arzadum), plus the entire delegation from San Sebastián City Council, who finally gather in full in front of the Guipúzcoa Provincial Council building.
