Footage of the Holy Week procession in Azkoitia (Gipuzkoa), filmed in 1932. The procession can be seen leaving the parish church of Santa María la Real and passing through Calle Mayor in the town. This is the first film recording made in Azkoitia and is the work of Nemesio Otaño. That year (1932), there were fears for the future of the procession in the town, due to disagreements between the Government and the Church.
